Full description of Innovative Bioresearch Coin (ERC-20)
Innovative Bioresearch Ltd is a private biotech company that aims to implement innovations to the sphere of HIV, cancer and regeneration research. They offer a new therapeutic strategy, and they are sure that investigation teams all over the world may perform the research when this strategy undergoes clinical studies. It will require coordination between the clinicians in different countries and quick access to the results of previous researches and trials. Medical research requires much time, it is boring and tedious, while every patient may have personal peculiarities.

The official website of the project mentions that INNBC tokens can be spent on future medical treatments/products/services offered by this company. They also can be spent on goods and services from selected partners or at JDM ONLINE GARAGE when it will be launched. JDM stands for “Japanese domestic market”, and according to the official website, the project partnered with some JDM importers who offer discounts to the project’s investors.
ICO details
There were two stages of the
ICO (Initial Coin Offering) (?) performed. INNBC private sale started on May 1, 2018, and ended on Jun 15, 2018. The pre-sale token supply was equal to 2,000,000. The bonus program implied a 20% discount. Public sale with a 10% bonus began on June 16 and lasted until August 1, 2018. The total token supply is 5,000,000 and the minimum purchase was 10 tokens.
The raised funds are distributed in the following way: 50% of the raised money is spent on AIDS cure research and developing SupT1 cell infusion therapy, 20% is spent on the project’s ecosystem development, 15% is dedicated to the App tech development, 10% is reserved for JDM car stock, and 5% is used for the App maintenance.
According to the project plans, the team was going to launch INNBC JDM ONLINE GARAGE right after the ICO, but there is no information if the release has taken place int he reality. They mention JDM cars on the official website, but they avoid revealing any specific information on dates and peculiar options available at the online garage.

The Company was founded in Italy by Jonathan Fior in 2014 and relocated to the UK in 2018. Now Jonathan Fior is the owner and Chief Scientific Officer of Innovative Bioresearch. He is a research scientist and specializes in the field of HIV cure. He completed a Bachelor of Medical Biotechnology at the University of Milan.
Other key members are Davide Bosetti and Alessandro Gatti. Davide Bosetti is a Social Media Manager, and Alessandro Gatti is a Chief Legal Officer. Unfortunately, there is no available information on their previous experience in the open sources.
